Unit activities:-

1. participating in drawing up strategic plans for the faculty and observing the completion rates.
2. drawing up executive plans for the activities of the unit.
3. the regular revising to the unit goals and how far these goals are achieved in the reality.
4. preparing the guides for the requirements of the quality insurance.
