Activating the service of the email for the students and the teaching staff:
-following- up the technical use of the network and providing the technical support for all users.
-installing the original licenses for the available operating systems and office work programming (Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office) through the contract of the supreme council of Universities with Microsoft company.
-installing anti-virus programs from Information and Communication Technology Project (ICTP).
-the periodic update for the faculty website.
-coordinating with the information network of the university, the administrative information system, electronic learning, library automation and the training project.
The awareness of the portal project which aims to increase the communication among the teaching staff and students in electronic engineering:
-updating the database of the teaching staff, students, and the study courses.
-activating and updating the account of each member of the teaching staff to enable him/her to upload the scientific subjects, previous exams, answer models and the different assessment.
-updating the faculty website to enable the student to know the schedule of the courses, log into the teaching staff account, download the subjects of the courses and the previous exams, answer models and the different assessment.

-Training in the faculty’s laboratories.
