“The achievements of the unit”
First: Rising awareness field in the quality culture:-
1-arranging workshops for the faculty’s staff to spread the faculty’s culture.
2-special visits to the surrounding society to spread the faculty’s culture.
3-regular questionnaire for the students and workers on the activities of the unit.
Second: Training field:-
1-training courses for the teaching staff and their assistants on how to make the quality unit’s programs.
2-Training courses for workers on the integration in the unit’s programs.
Third: programs and courses’ specifications:-
1-the regular inspection of the courses to find the glitches in the scientific content, the efficiency of the lecturer and the lecture’s time.
2-preparing the course’s file (two copies -one in the department and the another one in the unit).
3-approving the reports of the programs and courses in the semesters.
Fourth: self-assessment report field:-
1-laying down the mission, vision and goals of the faculty.
2-supervising on completing the self-study to identify the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities, threats and lying out the priorities.
3- set the priorities of the implementation of the improvement plans and the development of the committees and the unit of performance assessment.
