My Students:
It is my pleasure and gratitude as the agent of the Faculty of Engineering in Aswan for Education and Student Affairs to welcome you, wishing you success during your studies in the faculty in all its departments, as the administration of the faculty spares no effort in providing all scientific and laboratory capabilities for its students, with the aim of graduating a group of qualified engineers who are able to compete In the labor market and catch up with advanced technology in all fields to serve our beloved country.
Student Affairs Specializations:
1- Receiving lists of students nominated for college enrollment receive from the Admission Coordination Office for colleges and institutes, reviewing and arranging them, completing the procedures for enrolling new students, and distributing students to the scientific departments of the Faculty.
2- Receiving transfer requests and transferring enrollment from and to the college governor, and taking the transfer procedures and following them up until all procedures are completed.
3- Going through the procedures for enrolling students such as a medical examination, collecting university fees imposed on students, keeping records for each division, and continuous reconciliation with the treasury.
4- Issuing university cards for students and following up on their status throughout the academic year.
5- Preparing lists of the names of academically outstanding students and disbursing the rewards due to them.
6- Follow-up summer training for students.
7- Preparing and organizing exams during the two semesters by preparing places and seating numbers and following up the absence and attendance of students during and during the study.
8- Taking all the procedures for the graduates, including preparing the graduates’ patent lists, notifying all their authorities, preparing the ministerial decision to grant the academic degree, issuing certificates for them, releasing them from the college, and handing over all the papers related to each of them after graduation.
