First: Rising awareness field in the quality culture<\/u>:-<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

1-arranging workshops for the faculty’s staff to spread the faculty’s culture.<\/span><\/p>\n

2-special visits to the surrounding society to spread the faculty’s culture.<\/span><\/p>\n

3-regular questionnaire for the students and workers on the activities of the unit.<\/span><\/p>\n

Second: Training field:-<\/u><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

1-training courses for the teaching staff and their assistants on how to make the quality unit’s programs.<\/span><\/p>\n

2-Training courses for workers on the integration in the unit’s programs.<\/span><\/p>\n

Third: programs and courses’ specifications:-<\/u><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

1-the regular inspection of the courses to find the glitches in the scientific content, the efficiency of the lecturer and the lecture’s time.<\/span><\/p>\n

2-preparing the course’s file (two copies -one in the department and the another one in the unit).<\/span><\/p>\n

3-approving the reports of the programs and courses in the semesters.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fourth: self-assessment report field:-<\/u><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

1-laying down the mission, vision and goals of the faculty.<\/span><\/p>\n

2-supervising on completing the self-study to identify the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities, threats and lying out the priorities.<\/span><\/p>\n

3- set the priorities of the implementation of the improvement plans and the development of the committees and the unit of performance assessment.<\/span><\/p>\n
