It is not permissible for teaching assistants or assistant teachers to register for a postgraduate study to obtain a university degree in other than their departments\u2019 specialization except by a decision from the university president after the approval of the Graduate Studies Council based on the proposal of the College Council and after taking the opinion of the competent councils.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
